Q. If it is difficult to attend on-site, is it possible to attend online?
A. This adoption event will be held offline only.
Q: Will the conference be held on both days?
A: The conference will be held for one day only.
Adoption Tokyo will be held on the 9th (Tuesday) and Adoption Seoul will be held on the 11th (Thursday).
Q: Can anyone participate?
A: As this event is a private B2B conference, only those who have received an official invitation from Xangle will be given priority for participation.
Q: Is lunch provided?
A: Yes, it is available. After the morning session ends, you will be served if you remain seated.
Q: Do I need to apply for registration in Seoul and Japan separately?
A: Yes, even if it is inconvenient, please apply individually.
Q: When applying for pre-registration, is participation automatically confirmed?
A: Among those who have completed the participation application, only those who have received a “participation confirmation” email can attend the event.
Q: If I am unable to apply for pre-registration, can I register/participate on-site?
A: Yes, if you fill out the registration application on site, we will issue you a name badge. (However, in the case of lunch provision, priority is given only to those who have pre-registered, and please understand in advance that it may inevitably be unavailable due to limited quantities.)
Q: Is the presentation book provided?
A: In this event, it is not provided.

Q: How much does a ticket to attend the conference cost?
A: Participation in the conference is free only for those who receive the invitation mail.
If you want to participate additionally, you will have to purchase an additional ticket (KRW 300,000 per person). even if you are willing to purchase it, the ticket is not guaranteed and you need to check with the operation office. Please understand that this is an inevitable measure taken due to the limited number of people.
